Throughout the coming months, we’ll be sharing our outcomes and progress, for two key reasons – we want to promote engagement and opinion, as well as encourage clients of our recruitment and registration services to help us road-test functionality as it rolls out.
Everyone is invited to comment on blog posts, and FITREC members (professionals, employers, educators and suppliers) will be able to join us in forum discussions.
The development of this AI is a huge opportunity to improve the operations of all industry stakeholders, from professionals and sole traders to franchise groups, big box facilities, educators and suppliers. It will pave the way for tools, services and insights not found in any other industry.
Here are just a few examples;
Registered professionals will have more insight into learning opportunities and work that match their specialisation and career direction.
Employers will be able to type into a Google-style search bar what sort of professional they’re looking for and have matched candidates presented to them. They can either reach out to those candidates directly or build an ad that will be sent to even more candidates like them.
Industry suppliers, educators and event organisers will be better able to engage with professionals and employers that are most likely to be looking for the services, etc. that they have on offer.
Development of this new AI is currently underway and will take a few months to develop. Along the way, we’ll be sharing insights and milestones. At key points, we’ll also be inviting people who are familiar with our existing services to try new services and let us know how they compare and what improvements or use cases we should be taking into account.
